Yolanda I told you many times that you are great with the elderly and your answer was always the same, " I love taking care of seniors". Well it shows with all the extra things you do for them. You start with your cooking of fresh balanced meals for them on a daily basis, or a special diet if needed, as for my father when he needed pureed. Your home always cozy and homey and very clean. Their rooms always fresh and clean. Your yard always inviting with the many beautiful flowers and fruit trees.

About my father's personal care, I can't say enough. He was always nice and clean, and smelly good. His medicine always on time, snacks always varied and plentiful. When he needed extra care, he got it until he was stronger. You not only tended to his physical needs but also his mental changes with patience and professionalism.

After a fall, my 94-year-old father nearly died from neglect in a nursing home and wasnt doing well back again in the hospital, Rather than keep him in the custody of a medical establishment that seemed to be doing him more harm than good, I decided to move him to a small board & care facility, thinking that a homelike environment might bring him back to life, We tried one that was overpriced and run unprofessional, so after looking at several other facilities, I moved my father to Villa Mirage. It didnt take long for me to become convinced that I had found the right place, and Yolanda and Andy have proven themselves to be devoted caretakers of their residents, while providing a flexible, family-like environment where my father has thrived.

We are so pleased and privileged to cite Yolanda Lee and Andrew Fromm of the above for the fine and professional work they have done with my husband who has Alzheimers.

In two weeks time, we have seen a semblance of his old self--his consideration of others, a great decrease in delusions, and being lucid at times, and smiling and enjoying people. (He has even taught his hosts the game of poker.)

Certainly medication is helping, but more important is the kindness and conscientious care they have given Ron. On the first two days he had already said how much he liked it there.
